Kate Upton: Swimsuit Superstar!

Kate Upton: Swimsuit Superstar!

She has just been named as the cover girl for the Swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated and it appears Kate Upton is in high demand.

The 19-year-old beauty is also appearing in Esquire’s March edition – showing off her flawless figure in a series of racy snaps.

She wears a tiny red-and-brown, sparkle-covered string bikini with a view of the waters of Australia behind her as she poses for the magazine cover, which is scheduled to be unveiled on TV Monday night on "Late Show with David Letterman" on CBS.

"That was one of the first photos from the first shoot," she said in a telephone interview before the big reveal. "It was my favorite swimsuit. ... I felt sexy in it but confident."

Which is pretty much exactly how we want her to be, like, all the time.

No, we're joking. We like Ms. Upton with clothes on too. But they're not necessarily a requirement, if you catch our drift.
